We, the organizers of the Berlin Open, thought a lot about the question whether we will organize the Berlin Open Archery this year or not, and after consultation with the owner of the sports hall, the state sports association of Berlin, we have come to the conclusion that the current situation permits the happening our Archery tournament at the end of the year while respecting the appropriate measures.
In cooperation with the owner of the Horst-Korber-sports centre, we have developed a hygiene concept, with which we can deliver a great tournament weekend in Berlin despite the related restrictions. This is our contribution to regaining a bit of normality.
International guests have to keep in mind that persons coming from risk areas which are listed on the risk list of the Robert-Koch-Institute must prove that they can comply with the rules applicable in Berlin at the time of the competition (e.g. negative COVID test).
