Check-in
As last year, check-in will be organized according to priority groups.
In general, check-in is possible at any time - beginning on Friday from 11:30 AM.
However, at the times directly before the start of a qualification, the athletes participating in this session have priority over others to ensure that the competition runs smoothly.
We ask all participants and visitors to include the entire check-in process in their time planning.
The times for the priority check-in for the respective groups can be found in the following table:
| Session | Prio Check-in |
|---|---|
Session 1 | Friday, from 11:30 AM |
Session 2 | Friday, from 12:30 |
Session 3 | Friday, from 16:00 |
Session 4 | Friday, from 18:00 until 20:00 |
In order to ensure a smooth process during check-in, tickets sent by email can, but do not have to be printed out, unlike in previous years.
It is now sufficient for participants to carry the email with their personal QR code with them digitally (e.g. keep the email on their smartphone). The personal badges will be handed over after scanning the QR code during registration.
Training
Free training on the competition field is possible on Friday from 10:30 - 12:00.

There is a possibility to drop off and store luggage during your stay in the event hall. Bows can only be dropped off in bags and suitcases and not assembled!
